THE IMPACT OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION ON ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES
Abstract: The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of performance evaluation on administrative roles, identifying how regular evaluations contribute to administrative effectiveness. A survey design was utilized, with a sample size of 350 administrative staff from a manufacturing company in Ogun, determined using Taro Yamane’s formula. The survey instrument’s reliability coefficient score was 0.88, indicating high reliability. Findings suggest that performance evaluation significantly enhances administrative roles by providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement. The study recommends the implementation of structured performance evaluation systems to support continuous development and performance enhancement in administrative tasks.
